Allan Tubin was appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of FREIT in February 2019. Mr. Tubin also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Hekemian & Co., where he is responsible for corporate and project finance, budgeting and tax planning, accounting, and SEC compliance for FREIT.
As a member of Hekemian & Co.’s Acquisitions and Development Due Diligence Team, Mr. Tubin oversees financial forecasting and modeling, supporting strategic investment and project evaluation.

Mr. Tubin has over 25 years of experience in real estate finance. Prior to joining Hekemian & Co. in 1996, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for the international real estate activities of the investment bank Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and earlier in his career worked as a certified public accountant with Ernst & Young.

Mr. Tubin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University.
